Onion Soup with a Greek Twist

As the weather is becoming colder and colder here in London, i had to come up with something to warm me up. Agreed, its not traditional greek but i did something about it.

Onion soup is something that is considered traditionally, French and quite used for anyone that travels to the tricolor country. I love the thickness and taste of the soup while in the same it has so very few ingredients.

Adding some Feta cheese in the end didnt change the soup much in terms of style but did add this Greek feeling on it. Which i really like to be honest.

Hope the french dont get angry about this.
