Trahanas was something i used to eat only when i was 10-12 years old and usually when i was spending the summer with my Grandparents. I just recently started to add it again on my diet and i realised why it was the favourite of my grandparents.

The following recipe is mainly a festive one which we did last Christmas. Nevertheless, i guess it is so nice that you can do anytime you have a more unique opportunity.
